About Find Your Lead
I didn’t come to leadership coaching as someone who had it figured out. I came to it as someone who spent years thinking I did.
I spent over a decade at a workforce management company, working my way up through the organization. Before I became CEO, I was already dealing with the same challenges I work on with leaders today: accountability conversations I kept putting off, expectations I thought were clear that clearly weren’t, a team that wasn’t performing. I was working hard, staying involved and carrying more than I should have been. For a long time, I told myself the problem was out there: in the team, the circumstances, the complexity.
Then the founder passed away unexpectedly, and I stepped into the CEO role mid-career. Running a company instead of a department put a spotlight on everything that wasn’t working. Patterns that had been manageable became impossible to ignore.
What I eventually had to realize was something I couldn’t see on my own: most of those problems weren’t out there. They were me.
Not my intentions. Not my effort. But the way I was showing up, the habits I’d built, the things I was avoiding, the patterns I kept repeating without understanding why. I could see the symptoms. I just couldn’t see what was driving them.
Working with a coach changed that. Not because someone handed me better tools or a new model, but because for the first time, someone helped me see what was actually happening underneath the effort and the story I’d been telling myself. That clarity changed how I led, how my team operated and it eventually became the foundation for the Find Your Lead Operating System.
What I’ve Come to Believe
What I know, from my own experience and from working with other leaders, is that most leadership struggles aren’t about effort or character. They’re about clarity.
When expectations aren’t clear, people fill the gap with assumptions. When accountability is inconsistent, what was tolerated yesterday becomes the new normal today. When a manager carries too much, the team stops figuring things out on their own because they’ve learned it’s faster to wait.
I’ve lived every one of those patterns from the inside. None of them felt like leadership failures at the time. They felt like the nature of the job.
What I’ve come to understand is that leadership works better when it has a clear structure behind it. That’s what the Find Your Lead Operating System is built to create.
I spent years leading teams, building and pressure-testing the frameworks that make up the OS inside a real organization, with real consequences when leadership wasn’t working. Find Your Lead grew directly out of that experience. Not from theory or a certification program. From the inside of a real organization where leadership either worked, or it didn’t.
Work with Me
The Find Your Lead OS provides the shared structure that makes leadership work, designed for leaders of a single team or an entire organization. You don’t overhaul everything at once. You start where leadership is breaking down and build from there.

Where This Leads
If any of this resonates, if you recognize the patterns, feel the pressure or simply know that something needs to change in how you’re leading, I’d welcome the conversation. A Leadership Clarity Session is free. It’s a focused, one-on-one conversation where we get honest about what’s actually happening and figure out together what to do first.
There’s no pitch. No shame. Just clarity.
